Unna Bakery Cookies

Inspired by her Swedish grandmother and a childhood of baking in her native Sweden, Ulrika Pettersson came to New York City as a graphic designer and created this visually delightful and delectable tasting line of cookies.

Brown Butter (with Almonds) – Rich and golden with visible almond pieces, these award winning cookies are intensely buttery on the nose, with honeyed almond and vanilla bean aromas. A crumbly consistency with a satisfying crunchy, extra crispness from the almond and a long, lightly salty finish.  Ingredients: Unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, syrup, vanilla sugar, almonds, baking soda, white distilled vinegar.

Cardamom Crisp – These award-winning cookies are similar to a biscotti but not so hard on your teeth.  It has minty flavor to it and should be enjoyed with coffee or tea, or why not sprinkle it over your ice cream or yoghurt?  Ingredients: Unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, milk, cage free whole eggs, cardamom, baking powder, white distilled vinegar.

Coconut Oat – Light and crisp, with a buttery feel and distinctive coconut flavor, these award winning cookies are perfect with a cup of tea! There is a hint of chewiness which, along with the crispiness, makes these really enjoyable.  Ingredients: Unbleached flour, cane sugar, butter, oats, unsweetened shredded coconut, Non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, baking powder, white distilled vinegar.

Raspberry Jam Drop – This is a buttery and rich shortbread cookie filled with a sweet & tart raspberry jam. Baked just just long enough for the butter and sugar to caramelize and get a perfect golden color.  Ingredients: Unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, raspberry jam, vanilla sugar, salt, white distilled vinegar. 

Vanilla Dream – These award-winning cookies are crisp and airy and melt in your mouth. Its a bit crumbly and you might make a mess when eating this but its worth it. Ingredients: Cane sugar, unbleached flour, butter, Non-GMO expeller pressed canola oil, vanilla sugar, baker’s ammonia, distilled white vinegar.
