The cookies were originally introduced to Central Europe over 200 years ago and brought to this country by a small group of Moravians. Ingredients: Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin and folic acid), cane sugar, palm oil, candied ginger (ginger and cane sugar), eggs, cane molasses, candied ginger pulp (ginger and cane sugar), ground ginger, baking soda, salt, ground cinnamon, and allspice.
