S&V Red Raspberry Preserve, 17.5 Oz

Enjoy this all natural fruit preserves sweetened with pure cane sugar. No high fructose corn syrup is used, preservative free with no corn syrup, gluten, G.M.O.’s and all natural.

Ingredients: Red raspberries, sugar, sucrose, water, citric acid & fruit pectin

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oats
3/4 cup raspberry jam or preserve

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients, except jam, together in a mixing bowl. Press 2 cups of this mixture into an 8×8″ greased pan. Spread the jam to within 1/4″ of the edge of the pan and sprinkle the remaining mix on top. Press the mixture into the jam. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden brown.
