Olive Leaf, Organic – WS

Olive leaves come from the olive tree (Olea europaea), a small, evergreen tree, that was native to Mediterranean regions and is now cultivated in areas of the US, Europe, South America and Australia. Olive leaf infusions have been primarily overlooked in the US, however they are frequently drunk in countries where olive trees grow. The leaves have been brewed for their unique properties for thousands of years.

Olive leaf brews to a golden cup with a fresh, clean, refreshing taste when steeped at 5 minutes. Steeping longer will result in a more bitter brew.

Brew leaves at 212º – steep for 5 minutes.
