The Bordeaux of coffees! Mocha, in regards to “straight” coffees does not refer to chocolate or chocolate flavored coffee. It refers to Mocha, a port city on the coast of Yemen, where coffee was first commercially cultivated. Today the coffee here is still grown by the old methods. The soil and scarcity of water creates a bean that is quite unlike coffees grown in other countries.
