This organic black tea blend brews to a deep copper color with a fresh lemon aroma and a smooth, refreshing taste. It’s perfect for quenching your thirst on a hot summer day.
Ingredients: Organic black tea, organic lemon peel and natural lemon flavor.
Each bag makes 1 gallon of Iced Tea.
To brew:
Put teabag in a gallon container. Pour boiling water over the teabag to cover, steep for 5 minutes then remove the bag. Add cold water to fill the container and stir. Refrigerate. Serve over ice as is or with your choice of sweetener.
Iced tea in the refrigerator may turn cloudy. If this should occur, pour a little boiling water into the tea after removal from the refrigerator.

Lemon Quencher Iced Tea with Orange Mango
Mix 2/3 cup of Lemon Quencher Iced tea with 1/3 cup orange/mango juice in a tall glass filled with ice. Add a lime slice and a few maraschino cherries. Very refreshing!
Strawberry Simple Syrup Iced Tea
1 Lemon Quencher 1oz teabag
1 gallon of water
Place the teabag in a 1-gallon container. Boil 1 quart of water and pour over the teabag. Steep 3-5 minutes. Remove the teabag and then fill the gallon container with the remaining 3 quarts of cold water.
Strawberry Simple Syrup
1-pint strawberries, hulled and sliced to make roughly 1 ½ – 2 cups
1 cup Lemon Quencher iced tea (or water)
¾ cup sugar
Combine the sliced strawberries, brewed tea, and sugar in a saucepan over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Pour the strawberry syrup into a bowl through a fine mesh strainer to strain out the strawberries, pressing the strawberries a little. Pour into a bottle or jar and chill.

Strawberry Iced Tea
1 cup Lemon Quencher iced tea
3 tsp Strawberry simple syrup, or to taste
2-3 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice, or to taste
Ice
Garnish: lemon slices, mint, and/or strawberries
Pour iced tea over ice, add the syrup and lemon juice. Stir. Garnish and enjoy!
