Coconut Macaroons are a confection made from egg whites, sugar and coconut. This tea version is smooth and creamy with a heavenly aroma. On a base of green rooibos, this blend brews to a golden cup with a perfectly balanced taste of toasted coconut baked goodness.
Ingredients: Organic green rooibos, organic cacao nibs, shredded coconut, coconut macaroon flavoring, and safflower.

1 tsp Coconut Macaroon Green Rooibos
1 cup water
1 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp cocoa mix
Whipped cream and cocoa for topping
Boil water and pour over Rooibos Coconut Macaroon “tea”. Steep for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile heat coconut milk and cocoa on low heat, stirring or whisking to make frothy.
Pour 1/2 cup of the brewed tea into a mug. Add 1/2 cup of the steamed cocoa-coconut milk. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder. Enjoy!
