This delicious tea is grown in the Yunnan province of China. It brews to a light ecru cup with a mild, light, palate-pleasing sweet aftertaste resulting from the brewing of the combination of twisted gray-olive-green and slightly curled white leaves. These brewed buds are well formed and have a fresh “after-the-rain” aroma.
Brew tea at 180º – steep for 2 minutes.
