Caribbean Splash – Herbal Tisane – WS

Enjoy the sunny flavors of the Caribbean with this blend. Caribbean Splash is a strong blend of citrus fruits that will make your taste buds jump and leave a tingly feeling in your mouth. Try iced for a refreshing summer treat!

Ingredients: papaya (papayas and sugar), mango (mangoes and sugar), hibiscus, orange peel, lemon peel, orange blossoms, natural lemon flavor, orange flavor, and mango flavor.

Brew tea at 212º – steep for 5 minutes.

Caribbean Splash Smoothie

1 cup water
1 heaping tsp. Caribbean Splash herbal tisane
1 large banana, cut into quarters
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 kiwi, peeled & quartered
3 frozen strawberries

Boil 1 cup water and pour over Caribbean Splash. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain out the herbs and chill the “tea”.

Pour the brewed tea into a blender. Add the fruit and yogurt and blend until smooth.
